All products will go through a production process, so there will be a Handling Time associated with them. This time includes transit time.

Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for package delays that may occur as a result of inclement weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues that are beyond our control. When it comes to reshipments, claims, or lost packages, we will do our best to resolve every issue for all of our customers.

We will process a reshipment of the order in the event that a package has been misplaced, lost, or we are unable to verify delivery using tracking information. Packages that show that they were delivered by the carrier have been investigated and will not be eligible for a refund until the issue is resolved. The customer is responsible for paying any import fees, customs taxes, or duties. The final delivery of the package to your country or destination is not covered by us in any way.
