Modified recently: 01 February 2023 By making the buy, you are recognizing and concurring that the products are custom — that is, they were made only for you. They are not produced until the customer has confirmed their purchase because they are made to order. Prior to the customer’s purchase, there is no inventory of the purchased goods.

After a customer has made a purchase, you have 24 hours to change the size, color, quantity, or shipping address. Clients’ requests will go into creation after this time, and we will not have the option to transform them for you.

Subject: Change or drop the request by entering the client’s structure number (which can be found in the request affirmation email subsequent to putting in the request) and determining the ideal changes (size, variety, amount, and delivery address).

We will respond to customers’ emails within 24 to 48 hours.

After 24 hours have passed and the purchase has entered production, customers no longer have the right to change or cancel their orders. You cannot cancel any request or return any purchased goods, and all orders are final unless the products are broken.
